How do I register?
- Create your own account on the platform
- Check your account via e-mail that has been supplied on the registration page and then click on the activation link
- To track both individual and aggregate attendance, progress and completion of an online course, and to analyze statistics on student performance and the manner used by students to learn
There is an error in the registry, please help?
Please be sure to fill in all the fields on the registration page, validating, especially e-mail. Then you will receive an e-mail message to the activation of which has been supplied on the registration page. Be sure to check also junk mail (Junk / Spam Folder)
What is the subscription fee?
There is no fee to participate. All courses are available for free and for all AUI students who wants knowledge
In which language will the MOOC be presented?
Most of the courses will be offered in English. There are few courses that will be presented in another language, but will be translated.
Are there exams at the end of the lecture MOOC?
There will be examinations for some courses, but is optional for those who wish to obtain a certificate of MOOC completion. If there are any examinations, it will be announced in the platform.
The course begins when / what is the period of the course?
You can see the duration and date of the start of the course in the page of the MOOC. If you are enrolled in the course the date and duration of the course will appear on the dashboard Registrar. It will also write a letter to remind registered before the start of the course.
Can i register in more than one course?
Yes, certainly you can, we recommend that to you to expand your educational horizons. Be sure to check the requirements of each MOOC to balance the effort required and the hours are available for you.
How many hours of study require each course?
The expected numbers of hours for each MOOC are available in its own page. If you cannot find it please check the course schedule or at the start of the course.
What is to be carried out before the start of the MOOC?
Most MOOC do not require any preparation before it began. If there are special requirements for any MOOC it will be available in the MOOC page.
What material should I read?
This information is available on the MOOC page. You can ask this question to the panel discussions to get suggestions from colleagues or supervisors of the MOOC.
What happens if i missed a week of the MOOC? Can this affect my achievement classroom?
If you missed any week of MOOC, you can still watch them and get a lecture material development over the MOOC page. But you must follow the deadlines for delivery activities, so be sure to inspect the MOOC plan and the maturity dates of activities.
Can I get an extension if my circumstances prevented me from delivery activities in the time?
The delivery time is fixed and specific, we cannot give any extensions for learners.
What do I do if the public name entered is not available? Or was used by another recorder?
Each user have a special name, you can add a certain number or character to your own name.
What if I forget my account password?
Click on 'Forgot your password' at the bottom of the Password field and then enter your e-mail which you used in registration step to receive a message that allows you to reset your password.
How is the activation process?
When you sign up you will receive an e-mail that has been supplied on the registration page with a link to activate your account. Then click on the link to activate your account.
If i subscribed to one of the MOOC available in the platform that I could not completed it, it will be penalties or the something like that?
No, there are not any penalties for registrants who cannot follow or complete the MOOC because of their circumstances. But will not get a certificate of completion if they did not complete the MOOC requirements.
